I am taking a afro-brazilian dance class and my class watched a video on life in brazil and the women were so beautiful. They all have amazing bodies and I want to achieve a body like theirs. If you are brazilian or know a brazilian woman who does samba dance like carnaval or something like that what do you eat? what do you do to workout? how often do you work out?
If you have know idea what im talking about please dont bs me. I want real answers.
Thanks
First of all, the genetics help. If you are "mulata" (mixed race) it will be easier. But as the other answer told you, eat more times during the day but small portions will help you to control your weight. Exercises specific for legs and butt will help you too, 3 times at least during week. If you need to lose weight, you will need aerobic exercise so try to start running when you are not doing specific exercises for muscles. It is really good for it!
All i see in break dancing is a girl shaking her arse and the guys doing hand stands. actually alot of break dancing moves seem to have been stolen from a Brazilian dance known as capoeira! also when i see women break dance they look promiscuous and degrading.
They should try learn irish dancing (river dance )or tango, that requires being very skilled and not having to dance around like a $2 skank. anyone else feel the same as me about break dancing?
Yes, I do see your point. The issue is really one of morals and taste. For some people the sight of scantily clad women dancing around can be somewhat shocking. I took my 90 year old grandmother to a ballet and she was shocked at the men in tights, She was raised in that fashion. Break dancing is really an expression of urban life. It represents city life- edgy and wild. There are others who would look at irish dancing as people jumping up and down with paralyzed arms.I personally dont care for break dancing but I understand they are just expressing themselves, At least they stay out of trouble when they find a creative outlet. Inner city life can be harsh.

My youthful 57 yr old classmates were beautiful in their sexy Carnival costumes and performed brilliantly to stunned crowds at the College of the Holy Spirit Alumnae Homecoming 2010 program which had an international motif. I am so proud of them all!!!!

I like this video but not the music track, so I changed it. No disrespect to the artist. Worked out pretty good, I think.
Gotta love those Brazilian girls!
